All requests for cancellation will incur a $200.00 USD administrative processing fee for member and non-member rates. All others will be charged a $50 USD fee.
For a full refund (less admin fee), all requests for cancellation must be received in writing to the attention of Colleen LoGrande via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, by mail at PO Box 1804, Alexandria, VA 22313, or by fax at 703-960-6603 no later than Sunday, September 5, 2021.
Requests received on or after Monday, September 6, 2021 through Sunday, September 19, 2021 will be considered for a partial (50%) refund on a case-by-case basis.
Absolutely no refunds will be granted on or after Monday, September 20, 2021.
All wire transfer fees will be deducted from refunds granted.
